Refund Policy

1. Trial Period

If your plan includes a free trial, you can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

2. Subscription Billing

Comfort Ledger is billed as a recurring subscription through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

3. Monthly Plans

Monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by law.

4. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable after renewal. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us and we will review your case.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund completed billing periods unless required by law.

6. Exceptional Cases

We may provide refunds at our discretion for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or other exceptional situations.

7. How to Request a Refund
